Training and development
We invest financial capital in our people through training and development we provide to ensure they are equipped to do their jobs and work safely, as well as the remuneration they receive and the benefits we provide.
We also invest in developing our stock of intellectual capital by providing our employees with the opportunity to continually grow and develop during their employment with Octodec. They all have biannual performance and development reviews, supplemented by regular performance feedback during the year.
